Safety Manager

Oversee all company safety matters in air and on ground.
Maintain the safety program, reporting system, and investigate all incidents.
Manage the emergency readiness plan and aircraft emergency provisions.
Keep management updated on laws, regulations, standards, and IRPs.
Distribute safety publications and produce safety notifications and promotions.
Maintain safety manuals, forms, reports, and all safety documentation.
Assist managers with safety requirements, research, and program support.
Conduct safety audits and workplace inspections and submit required reports.
Track worker evaluations, inspections, and certifications for compliance.
Schedule workers for recertification before training expiration dates.
Ensure PPE and all safety equipment are stocked and maintained.
Review SOPs and recommend improvements to enhance safety.
Chair the Safety Committee and ensure regular meetings occur.
Represent the company with external safety organizations and agencies.
Represent the company during external safety audits and inspections.
Coordinate with the DOM on all flight safety requirements.
Verify maintenance facilities and equipment meet required standards.
Conduct site visits to review site and flight safety practices.
Assess customer-provided safety facilities for operational suitability.

Robinson Helicopter Mechanic

The Robinson Mechanic is a licensed A&P mechanic primarily responsible for maintaining Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters based in Sacramento and Redding, California. This position requires the successful applicant to have familiarity with Robinson reciprocal engine helicopters, but additional training and support are available. As an integral member of the Maintenance department, the Robinson Mechanic ensures that all work is compliant with FAA regulations, contractual obligations, established QA procedures, and all other company policies applicable to the maintenance department. Occasional travel may be required at company expense.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- 1+ years of experience in helicopter A&P maintenance and repair (Robinson experience preferred)
- Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements of aircraft maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through both written and verbal interactions
- Availability to work between the Sacramento (KMCC) and Redding (KRDD) locations

Helicopter Utility Pilots

Pilots for missions to include utility support, HEC – Human External Cargo, aerial firefighting, construction support….

High school diploma or equivalent
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate Rotorcraft or greater
Current Second Class Medical or greater
2500 Hours PIC Helicopter
500 Hours Turbine PIC Helicopter
100 Hour previous 12 months
100 Hours UH-60, Bell UH-1/205/212, Bell 429, or Bell 407, or MD 500 series preferred.
Long line experience required.
Must pass random drug/alcohol screening in accordance with Part 120 of the FAR.

Sikorsky UH-60 / S 70 experience desirable
Bell 206 series and 407 experience desirable
