We are a short flight away from the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa’s wine country, majestic Lake Tahoe, and the High Sierras. Our central location gives us the ability to provide a variety of services to the northwestern region.
Our ServicesOur Story
Capitol Helicopters LLC. was founded by Oren Breedlove in 2014, starting with a single helicopter offering flight training, tours, charter, and external load operations. In 2018, Casey and Kaysha Ross acquired that company; after the acquisition, Kaysha Ross formed Capitol Helicopters Inc. and transitioned into a wide range of utility services and firefighting support operations.
Today, with an emphasis on safety and professionalism, Capitol Helicopters provides a fleet of extraordinary aircraft operating across the United States and Internationally, providing Utility, Charter, and Firefighting Suppression services.
